Emotions We Should Act Upon
A lot of the times we tend to act upon our emotions that need not action when we are angry, we might break something or yell out, or when we are stressed we tend to look for something to help us cope with the stress. Cigarettes, liquor, marijuana etc.. But are those emotions that we should feed? Sometimes one will need to look inside themsleves to find out what emotions to starve. Not every emotion is the right emotion to act upon, we need to remember that for every action there is a reaction; but why not act upon our positive emotions; help lift someone up versus bring that peron down. I do know that a positive emotion will go a lot further than that of a negative. When it comes down to it we should be feeding our positive emotions and starving the negtive, harnesting that power towards that emotion and place it in a positive for positive action.
